SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (UK ORDERS)

Covid-19

Due to the ongoing issues of Coronavirus, there is the small possibility that some orders may experience a delay however, we will ensure to update you if this is the case. 

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship orders on holidays or weekends. Orders placed on Friday after midday or on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during this period of Coronavirus, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Can I track my order?

When the order has been fulfilled, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link.

You can follow the status of your shipment via the website of the courier.

Can I get Free Shipping?

Currently all UK orders over £50 and EU orders (selected countries) over £120 have free delivery which will automatically applied at checkout.

How much is Shipping?

UK:

FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £50

48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail (estimated 2-4 working days) - £3.50

24 Hour Tracked Royal Mail (estimated 1-2 working days) - £5.50

EU:

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (estimated 5-7 working days) - £15.00

We currently ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland

Can I change my order?

Due to the turnaround time and process at our warehouse, we are not able to change an item or the delivery address once the order has been placed.

Please make sure you check the item/size and your contact/shipping information thoroughly before your order is placed.

My delivery hasn’t arrived yet?

We do our best to ensure your deliveries arrive within our estimations, however, there can sometimes be unexpected delays that are out of our control, especially due to the ongoing issue of Coronavirus.

If, however, your order has not arrived 3 days after our initial estimation, please contact us on support@alpineapparel.co.uk and someone will get back to you with more information.

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD

Currently we only ship to the UK and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland.

We are working on increasing our delivery options. If your country is not on the list, then please let us know and we will get back to you.

European Shipping Cost

We use the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service and charge a flat fee of £15 for delivery.

This service has a 5 to 7 working days delivery aim.

Other Information:

All Shipments outside of the UK will be subject to tariffs, duties, value-added tax (VAT), etc.

  • These costs are your responsibility
  • These costs are not included in shipping charges
  • The shipping company may charge customs fees
  • Contact your local customs office for more information.

Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.

Due to a recent Brexit development, we are currently unable to process European orders over €150 (£120) due to the additional duties and customs fees.
